About the adoption of a child
Question
I have been married for the past 15 years and my wife could not begot a child due to her infertility problem. People advising me to go in for second marraige without giving divorce to my present wife. My wife is also suggesting to go in for second marraige,but she says that after getting a child from my second marraige to divorce her by taking the child. I have a second thought to take a child for an adoption. Please advise me what to do. Jazakalla Khair.

Assalaamu Alaykum Wa Rahmatullaahi Wa Barakaatuhu
We advise you consider the feelings of your wife and not remarry. Adopting a
child may be a good alternative. However, you should make Istikhaara (seek
Divine Guidance) of Allah Ta'ala before making any decision.
