Mother's Wali

Question

My mother does not have a wali to go for Haj. will it be permissable for her to go with her son - in -law? she is 58 he is 30. my father & uncles do not wish to go.

Assalaamu Alaykum Wa Rahmatullaahi Wa Barakaatuhu

The son-in-law is a Mahram for the mother-in-law. He is her Waali.
