Do we need to recite Sura Fatiha while in Jamaah, while preforming namaz behind Imam?

Question

Some people say we should not recite Sura Fateha whenever in Jamat. Some say we have to recite Sura Fatiha. Which is correct?

Answer

According to the Hanafi Madhab, a Muqtadi (follower behind the Imaam) should remain silent in the standing posture. It is not permissible to recite anything in
a standing posture behind the Imaam.
