If no long sura's are known, can I read 2 or 3 short sura's in one rakaat, eg. in Fajr salaat

Assalaamu Alaykum Wa Rahmatullaahi Wa Barakaatuhu

It is permissible to recite different short Surahs in one Rakaat of any
Salaat, including Fajr Salaat.
