Is it true that your namaz is not accepted if ur under-arms and private parts are not hair free?

Assalaamu Alaykum Wa Rahmatullaahi Wa Barakaatuhu

It is Makrooh to leave unwanted hair for more than 40 days. Salaat with such
hair will be Makrooh.
