Iw as wondering where in the Qur'an it says a woman cannot peirce her body (navel, nose, eyebrows) not her ears but stictly on the body? What surah talks about tattoos?

Answer

It is permissible for a female to pierce her ears in order to adorn herself
with ear rings.

Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam) prohibited the practice of
tattooing. (Bukhari).
