I wanted to ask you if Farz fasting that is in the month of Ramadhaan is obligatory on pregnant woman. JazakAllah Khair.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

A woman in the state of pregnancy is excused from fasting in the month of Ramadhaan if she fears harm on herself or her unborn child. She may then make Qadha of the missed fasts later.[1]
