Is cosmetic surgery, for my nose, to reduce the size of it, permissible?

I have a very big nose and for years it has caused me and is still casuing me many social problems in day to day life. Because of it my appearnce is kind of ugly. Is cosmetic surgery, for my nose, to reduce the size of it, permissible?

Answer

It is not permissible to undergo Cosmetic surgery to reduce the size of your
nose.
