Question

I LIVE IN JEDDAH AND FREQUENTLY DO TAWAAF/UMRAH. FEW DAYS BACK I DREAMT THAT I WAS DOING TAWAAF ALONE AND KISSING THE BLACKSTONE. ALL OTHER PERSONS WERE WATCHING ME DO THIS TAWAAF ALONE.PLS CAN YOU ADVISE ME WHAT THIS COULD MEAN AS IT WAS NOT A COMMON DREAM. JUST FOR REFERENCE IN MY CHILDHOOD I HAVE SEEN THE PROPHET (SAW) AND PROPHET ISA (PBUH). THANKS

Answer

Answer:

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

It is a pleasant dream to see oneself performing Tawaaf around the Kaaba and kissing the blackstone. In fact, any dream in which a person sees himself performing the Ibadah of Allah is a pleasant dream. However, seeing such dreams do not mean that one has gained superiority over others.

You also mentioned that you have seen the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam and Prophet Isa in your dream at a young age. Seeing the Prophet Sallalahu Alaihi Wa Sallam in your dream should become a means for you to practice upon the Sunnah of the Prophet Sallalahu Alaihi Wa Sallam. By following the Sunnahs of the Prophet, you will be expressing your love for the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam.

And Allah Ta’āla Knows Best
