I don't know how to ask forgiveness from Allah.

Question

As-Salaam-U-Alaikum I had really done bad. I have kissed a Muslim guy who also touched my chest. I know that it is haram/bad in Islam. Please tell me how to make tawbah. Provide with some ayaaths. Please pray for my forgiveness also.

Answer

Fornication is a major sin. In order for a major sin to be forgiven, one
must sincerely repent (make Tawbah) by regretting committing the sin and
making a firm conviction never to repeat the sin.

If one is sincere, Allah is Tawwaab (most forgiving)
