Are we to face the Kaaba while reading the Quran and wudhu necessary before touching the Quran?

Answer

1. It is Mustahabb (desirable) and not necessary to face the Ka'bah whilst
reciting the Qur'aan.
2. It is necessary to perform Wudhu before touching the noble Qur'aan.
