Is it permissible for one to use synthetic hair?

Salam alaikun Please I wanted to ask if it's halal to use synthetic hair And cover the hair completely not allowing anybody to see it with the intention of beautification and growing out the Hair(I have African hair) and not deceiving

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

It is permissible to use a wig made form synthetic hair. Do not reveal the hair to Ghair Mahrams(people with whom marriage is permissible).Also cover your hair when you leave home.
