How to make a cellphone pure?

Question

A person cellphone fell in a toilet pan, but he managed to retrieve it in time. Marks of water can be found on the screen. Obviously, he cannot wash the phone. What will be the method of purifying such a phone?

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
