Is it permitted to marry a girl who's 3 years older than me when I am 23?

Assalāmu `alaikum Warahmatullāhi Wabrakatuh,

It is permissible to marry a girl older than you. Marriage has many challenges and sensitivities. One should exercise caution in making a decision in marriage. Consult with appropriate people as well as make Istakhara.
