Reading Surah Yaseen before Fajr Salaah
Question
1) If one reads surah yaaseen before fajr instead of after,will he still get the reward of his days needs being fulfilled ?
2) I travelled from durban to estcourt with the intention of staying 5 days. Today is it the fourth day. However,now I wish to stay another 12 days here in estcourt. Am I a musafir here in estcourt ?

Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatuh
1.
وعن عطاء بن أبي رباح، قال: بلغني أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: ((من قرأ يس في صدر النهار قضيت حوائجه)). رواه الدارمي مرسلاً.
Hadarat ‘Ataa bin Abi Rabaah Rahmatullahi Allai states that the Prophet Sallalahu Allaihi Wassalam said: “Whosoever recites Surah Yaasin in the early part of the day his needs will be fulfilled.”
(Mishkaat Ul Massabih, Iddarah, Page 189)
It is stated in Mirqaat, Sharhul Mishkaat under the commentary of the above Hadith, that ones worldly needs and the needs pertaining to the Deen and the Hereafter will be fulfilled.

* It would be permissible to recite Surah Yaseen before the Fajr Salaah.
2. Yes, You would still remain a Musaafir.
ولا يزال على حكم السفر حتى ينوي الإقامة في بلدة أو قرية خمسة عشر يوما أو أكثر كذا في الهداية.
(فتاوى الهندية ,رشيديه ,ج1,ص139)
ولا يزال على حكم السفر حتى ينوي الإقامة في بلدة أو قرية خمسة عشر يوما أو أكثر وإن نوى أقل من ذلك قصر لأنه لا بد من اعتبار مدة.
(الهداية شرح بداية المبتدي ,مكتبه شركة علمية ,ج1,ص166)
ولا يزال على حكم السفر حتى ينوي الإقامة في بلد أو قرية خمسة عشر يوما أو أكثر وإن نوى أقل من ذلك قصر ولو دخل مصرا على عزم أن يخرج غدا أو بعد غد ولم ينو مدة الإقامة حتى بقي على ذلك سنين قصر.
(متن بداية المبتدي , مكان النشر القاهرة ,ج1,ص25)
( من خرج من عمارة موضع إقامته )... ( قاصدا )... ( مسيرة ثلاثة أيام ولياليها )... ( بالسير الوسط مع الاستراحات المعتادة )... ( صلى الفرض الرباعي ركعتين )... ( حتى يدخل موضع مقامه )... ( أو ينوي )...
( إقامة نصف شهر )... ( بموضع ) واحد ( صالح لها ) من مصر أو قرية... ( فيقصر إن نوى ) الإقامة ( في أقل منه ) أي في نصف شهر.
