Should a person do plastic surgery as they cannot clean the private parts?
Question
There are lot convolutions on the private part due to twice and improper circumcision. Even after washing there will be a lot of impurities inside these convolutions and holes in the skin. What the ruling for cleaning or one should go for plastic surgery. Please advise.

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatuh
- Cases like yours’ occur when one’s circumcision was not done appropriately. Therefore we recommend you to consult a doctor or sexologist and discuss the issue with him.
- When cleaning the private part special care should be taken that all impurities should be removed.
بدائع الصنائع - وَيَجِبُ إيصَالُ الْمَاءِ إلَى دَاخِلِ السُّرَّةِ لِإِمْكَانِ الْإِيصَالِ إلَيْهَا بِلَا حَرَجٍ ، وَيَنْبَغِي أَنْ يُدْخِلَ أُصْبُعَهُ فِيهَا لِلْمُبَالَغَةِ ، وَيَجِبُ عَلَى الْمَرْأَةِ غَسْلُ الْفَرْجِ الْخَارِجِ ؛ لِأَنَّهُ يُمْكِنُ غَسْلُهُ بِلَا حَرَجٍ . وَكَذَا الْأَقْلَفُ يَجِبُ عَلَيْهِ إيصَالُ الْمَاءِ إلَى الْقُلْفَةِ وَقَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ : لَا يَجِبُ ، وَلَيْسَ بِصَحِيحٍ لِإِمْكَانِ إيصَالُ الْمَاءِ إلَيْهِ مِنْ غَيْرِ حَرَجٍ
