According to Quran, Is Dajhal human or could it be a nation?

Question

Dear Sir, I am very curious about dajal, whether he is a man, a nation or some form of Artificial intelligence? I read Quran and am grateful to my Lord Almighty that he has explained everything in it and it is upto us to find in detail within the words if my Lord wishes. Keeping in mind the emergence of technology era, what are your views regarding this matter?

According to the Hadith, Dajjal will be a human being. He will be a young
jew with curly hair.
