My mum has 30 cala nonbu. What should she do?

1,assalamu alaikum my mothers has 330 cala nonbu but her helth was not good what she has to do?

2,in a bussiness owner invested 2,00,000 he get laibity from bank and shares for 1,00,000 mean we can by the shares or not my doubt was propartor will pay the intrest to bank ? this was my question please reply me as soon as possible thanking you aasallamu allaikum
