At present i am living chennai in lease house ( No rented house) i have pay Rs. 1,00,000/- for two years when i vacate the house the house owner will return that money it is haram in islam is persimissible. please tell me.

2. Are you renting the home?

3. Is Rs 100 000 the rental fee or a deposit?
