My mother's sister husband is mahram or non mahram for my sister.Is she needed to hijab from him.
Answer
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful Your mother’s sister’s husband is ghair mahram to your sister. Therefore hijaab is necessary between them. (Fataawa Mahmoodiya V11 Pg 300 Faruqiyya) Ml. Ebrahim Desai, Mufti Ebrahim Desai

وَأُحِلَّ لَكُمْ مَا وَرَاءَ ذَلِكُمْ (سورة النساء ) قال ابن كثير رحمه الله تحت هذه الاية: اي ما عدا من ذكرن من المحارم هن لكم حلال. (تفسير ابن كثير )
