Is it Halaal to give a house for 2 years lease for RS. 200,000 and when the tenant vacant the house after 2 years the owner of the house return RS. 200,000 without any deduction for the stay.

Answer

The contract is permissible as the Rs200,00 will be regarded as a deposit given to the lessor for occupying his house.
