I did Istikhara about a girl for marriage and it was positive
Question
im in a relationship with a girl,,,and im serious about getting married to her, we have done istikhara,,,and i saw a positive dream,,,ive done it over 3 times,,,,and im a guy who is responsible,,,and well setled,,with a proper income,,,,and at the right age or marriage,,,,however my parents dont seem to ask me about marriage,,,,i want to ask you,,,suppose i tell them i want to marry my girlfriend,,and they refuse,,,can i go against them,,,please tell me the islamic way to do this...thanks alot

Our advice is you discuss the issue with your parents and see the outcome. They may even agree with you.
