Being intimate with her when she is on her periods

Question

during the periods of wife , if husband touches his private part to wife private part, but husband private not entered in wife private part ghusl necessary for both or husband only

Answer

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatoh

In the state of haiz, it is not permissible for the husband and wife to be intimate with each other between the area of the wife’s navel and knees. Nevertheless, if the husband merely touched the wife’s private parts, ghusl is not compulsory on either one.
