Is there any shariah prohabitance for me to move to Canada
Question
Assalam o Alaikum Mufti sahab,
I have some of the following questions.
1) Is the home loan procedure of Mezzan bank pakistan is Islamic? You can find the shriah board list of meezan bank at http://www.meezanbank.com//en/Shariah_Board.aspx
2) Actually I am from Karachi, Pakistan. around 1 year back I moved to Jeddah Saudia Arabia due to my job in Saudia Arabian company. In a mean while I got an Immigration from canada. Is there any shariah prohabitance for me to move there. I am married & have two son's 2.5 yrs old & 1 yrs old.
