O Allah bless me at the time of my death

Question

Please tell me the meaning of the following verse: 'Allahumma barikli fil mauth, wa fi ma ba'dal mauth. And please tell me the merits of reading this and when it is advisable to read it. Did the Prophet S.A.W mention this verse in a hadeeth? Jazaakallah.

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatoh

The meaning of the verse. "O Allah bless me at the time of my death and after my death" has been narrated in Imam Tabrani's compilation Mujamul Ausat, Vol. 5 , wherein, Nabi ( sallallahu alayhi wasallam ) told hazrat A'isha (ra) that whoever reads this dua 25 times in a day then if he has to pass away on his bed, Allah will grant him the reward of a martyr.
