Asylum separating the family from the husband/father
Question
one of my friend came to uk with his family on visit visa.His husband got the work and he started the job. One of his friend suggested him to apply for political assylum as it is illigal to work here on visit visa so they met a lawyer and tell him the situation, the lawyer suggested to apply for the assylum for only the family(wife& kids) because there was a loop hole in family grounds and submitted the case on different identification. In the meantime the visa was expired and his husband become overstayed, also he lost the job. After few months my friends and her children got the indifinite stay and all the benifits which a national of uk can get will also started. After some time his Husband realized that he did a sin for the sake of worldy benefits, also he did tauba to allah ans start pushing his family to go back to Pakistan. Now the question is what the family should have to do because they are not feeling easy to step backward.
Answer
The husband is the head of the household. If he wishes to return to Pakistan, his wife and children are obliged to obey him and return with him. We understand that it is a difficult situation for the wife but the pleasure of her husband should be her ultimate aim.
