What is the (major) difference(s) between Islam and the Nation of Islam, or are they even similar?

I don't know much about either faith, but the Million Family March was a few days ago, and I've heard that the Nation of Islam and Louis Farrakhan are not really related to Islam and the teachings of the Quran.

Answer

According to our knowledge, Louis Farrakhan does not have correct Islamic
beliefs.
