Is my money haram that i make because my job will not allow me to keep a beard.

Answer

To keep a beard equivalent to the length of one's fist is compulsory. If you cannot keep a beard due to your employment, you should seek employment elsewhere. If you do not have an alternative, make istighfar (repent) and continue searching for alternative employment. Your earnings will not be haram.
