I owe my late uncle money. He is survived by a wife, two sons and a daughter. Firstly who do I give this money too. Can I distribute this money myself, if so in what proportion.

The owed money forms part of your late Uncle?s estate. You should enquire who is responsible for dissolving the estate and hand over the money to him. and Allah Ta'ala Knows Best Mufti Ebrahim Desai FATWA DEPT.
