I was offered to sell life insurance and get paid doing so. is that halal or haram?

I was offered to sell life insurance and get paid doing so. I get paid commission for every policy that i sell. is that halal or haram?

Answer

Life insurance policy is not permissible. It is not permissible for you to sell such a policy. The income from the sale of such a policy will not be permissible.
