write sourat bani israeel on a plate with saffron is there an alternative way around this

I was wondering in relation to question number 14791 that if it is not possible for you to be able to write sourat bani israeel on a plate with saffron is there an alternative way around this such as reading the sourat then blowing into the water and drinking it ?? Also can u fully explain in detail how to write it and what would be a suitable material for writing with.  Also i was wondering if there are any other methods of reducing a stutter such as duas or methods like the one above??
