could u please help me and tell me how to write with saffron on the plate and what material to use to write it with?
Maulan Ali Ashraf thanavani saab RA writes in a book that if u write sourat bani israeel on a plate with saffron then wash it and drink the water for 3 or 4 days then it helps to reduce stuttering could u please help me and tell me how to write with saffron on the plate and what material to use to write it with?

You should first make ink by mixing saffron in water. You may use a sharp edge stick as a pen.
