meaning/origin of the names Eshal and Alina

Question

I'm searching for a name for my daughter, I liked ESHAL and ALINA(found on www.muslim-names.co.uk ), but i could not get the meaining or origin of these names. Kindly advice me if these names can be used for naming my baby girl. Also can i add the surname as Rahman for these names.
