Slmz.Is there any hadith from any of the books that mention the "yemenite" before or during the coming of the Mahdi?
Answer
Sayyiduna Abu Hurayra [Radhiallaahu anhu] reports that Rasulullah [Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam] said, ?The day of judgment will not occur until a man of Qahtaan emerges, who will drive the people with his staff.? (Sahih Bukhari Hadith7717)
Qahtaan is the origin of Yemen.
The words ?Drive people with his staff? mean that he will rule over the people and they will obey him.
