I wld lik 2 find out if I'm allowd 2 do a salam whil some1 is eatin or respond to a salam while I'm eatin. Some ppl say u r and some ppl say u r not.

Answer

If the person has a morsel in his mouth, then it is Makruh to make salam to him as he is unable to answer. If someone makes salam to you in that condition, then it will not be necessary to respond.(Raddul Muhtaar Vol.1 Pg.617-H.M.Saeed)
