If a person Intentionally rub his private part and due to that reason MAZI come out and flow in underwear becoz of an errection ... So is it a sin or haram if a person intentionally do all this stuff ?

Answer

It is not permissible to engage in such immoral acts.

It is a sin to do so. One must abstain from such evil acts and sincerely make tawbah.
