Is it bad to do sajdah sahu with every salah? How can one break the habit of always or almost always doing sajdah sahw?Jazak Allah khair for your answer.

Question

In other words, can sajdah sahu be done too much? And is the salah valid is sajdah sahu is done often?

Answer

Sajda-e-Sahw is performed only to compensate for forgetfully committing a
Waajib act in Salaat. It is not permissible to perform Sajda-e-Sahw for no
reason.
