i want to send my dad for haj cause he is getting but he has many debts. wil it be better for me to try & help him pay his debts off first then send him for haj.

Answer

It is Fard upon a person to pay off his debts, while Haj is only Fard if he has the financial ability. Thus it would be better for you to help him pay off his debts, as he would be answerable for them. Inshallah He will take him for haj later on.
