Problem keeping my wudhu.

Question

(1) Whilst in salaat often I feel that I have broken my wudhu but I am uncertain. What do I do in that situation? (2)Secondly if you keep breaking your wudhu constantly and have to do wudhu about 4 or 5 times during a salaat is there any medical excuse where you can continue with your salaat?

Answer

1. If you are uncertain of the Wudhu being broken, your Wudhu will be
regarded as valid.
