Touching privates

Question

I've read in primary sources that touching one's penis is forbidden. How can I go about urinating or masturbating?

Answer

1. One should not touch the penis unnecessarily, however, it is not
forbidden to to do so.
2. Masturbation. Somewhere on this site, search 'masturbation' (without
quotes)
