Should we or may we abort this child...a child (male) which has some problem like having no testicales or disformed male organ.

Question

The question is about a child (male) which has some problem like having no testicales or disformed male organ. And these disformation is due to some genetic disorder. So he will have problem through out his life. May Allah Be Pleased with you.

Answer

It is not permissible to abort a child upon and more than 120 days of pregnancy, irrespective of any circumstances.

It is permissible to abort a child before 120 days of pregnancy due to circumstances that are valid in Shari?ah.
