Do I have to perform Umrah every time I go to Makkah even if I dont have intension to perform Umrah?
Question
1-I study in King Fahd Dehran University. My home is in Makkah. If I want to go to my home for some personal reasons in short period of time like in week or 2 for an emergency or important work do I have to perform Ummrah? 2-Can I go to my home during vications without perfoming umrah? 3-A mufti Named Maulana Makki in Makkah says it is Ok for a person who lives in Makkah and works outside of meeqat not to perform Ummrah every time he comes and goes through the meeqat until and unless he intends/means to do so is it true?

1. It would be necessary for you to perform Umrah each time you enter Makkah Mukarramah, even though for a short period.
