is it right to apply to USA for higher education when so many muslims are suffering because of its policies?

Answer

Shari?ah does not prohibit us from using the resources of non-Muslims for our upliftment and empowerment on condition:

1. We preserve and practice our Islamic principles and ethos

2. Display good character and invite others to Islam

3. Use the education to advance the cause of the Ummah.
