I wanted to know if it is permissible to conduct a Nikkah verbally over the telephone.. by phoning 2male witnesses whilst the girl is with me, also speaking to them&giving permission4 Nikkah. Is this valid

Answer

No, such a Nikah is not valid.

The physical presence of the witnesses at the time of the Nikah is conditional for the validity of the Nikah.
