i had an argument with my wife and she saof 3 times she is not my wife and even she swore by Allah that i'm not her husband?do we fall in any category of divorce?

i had an argument with my wife and she saof 3 times she is not my wife and even she swore by Allah that i'm not her husband?do we fall in any category of divorce?plz reply asap jazakallah kher.

Answer

According to the Shari?ah, only a husband can issue divorce, not the wife. Your wife?s statement that she is not your wife and you are not her husband does not constitute divorce.
