I normally menstruate for 10 days every month.i needed to know if it is permissable to take medication to stop my menstruation for the month of ramadaan,as I miss too many fast

Answer

It is not advisable to take medication to stop the menstruation without a pressing need, as that is harmful to health. However, if you take the medication and fast, your fasts will obviously be valid.

#103821. menstruation lasts for 8 to ten. in Ramadaan had bleeding for 9 days. On day 10 one fasts, some bleedding occurs on day11. Does one have to make qada of day10 fast in which no bleeding was seen?
