To particpate in interent lotto websites one does not have to pay money. Is it Haraam?

Answer

Lotto is associated with gambling. Although no money is involved, but by
associating with the Internet lotto, one will be displaying complacency in
gambling which is Haraam and also assisting in Haraam.
