I have been reading Istikiraah Salaah for 2 nights & on the the after the 2nd night I felt very positive & still do. Should I continue or is this acceptable as my answer.

The purpose of Istikhaara is to seek good and guidance from Allah in a matter unclear to a person. If you performed Istikhaara and you subsequently felt clear and positive, then you should regard that as guidance from Allah.

There is no need for you to continue your Istikhaara after that.
