A tiny amount (size of sesame seed) of mazi found on underwear after salah. Absolutely sure that it came out during salah and/or after doing wudu. Is salah accepted?

Answer

If the Mazi came out while performing Wudhu or performing Salaat, then the Wudhu and Salat are invalid. You should repeat the Salaat.
