What islam says about “ iddat” of a divorced woman who had divorce before “rukhsati” but she had sexual relations with her husband in secret?

Answer

The Iddat for a divorcee after having conjugal relationship with her husband is three menstrual cycles. If she is conceived, the Iddat will be till birth.

The divorce taking place before Rukhsati but after being intimate does not offer leniency in the Iddat.
